SA Business Distribution respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line
with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

• Name, email address, phone number and delivery address – to process and deliver your order.
• Order history – to handle warranties, returns and your account.
• Payment: we never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Yoco, who are
  PCI DSS compliant. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
• Website data: basic logs and cookies needed for the cart and login to work.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are kept for five years, as tax law requires. Account details are kept until you
ask us to delete them.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

• Our suppliers and couriers, only the details needed to deliver your order.
• Yoco, for payment processing.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your information.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use
it. Email sales@sbdistribution.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also
complain to the Information Regulator: complaints.IR@justice.gov.za

SECURITY
The site uses encryption (HTTPS), access to customer data is limited to authorised staff, and
our systems are backed up and kept up to date. If a breach affects your information we will
notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
